2 large banana
2 cups chocolate soymilk
1/4 cup soynut butter
4 scoops soy protein powder mixMix all ingredients in a blender until thoroughly smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Shake well before serving.
Yield: 4 cups. Per cup: 280 calories, 8.5 g fat (1 g sat fat), 0 mg cholesterol, 254 mg sodium, 36 g carbohydrate, 16 g protein (6 g soy protein), 1.5 g dietary fiber.
